I'm blessed to say, Aunty Phyllis, Grandma was my Mother in Law. She was loving, generous, a home builder, sociable, articulate and a true leader. Unlike other people’s experiences of in-laws, she was non-interfering and supportive Grandma had a way of building a rapport and relationship with both young people and her colleagues, her knowledge of recent Nigeria and world current affairs was incredible, not to mention her love for social media /internet like WhatsApp’s and Facebook. She used this tools up to her 90 years on Earth, she was truly a Techie Grandma. Grandma’s was truly a supporter of her family and other families, helped her grandchildren to find their feet. Her contribution to community work and cohesiveness cannot been overlooked. Her work with charity organisations and the church is commendable Grandma we all miss you, especially times we shared together while we sip our sociable drink.
